Terms of Service for
SafeAir Dashboard

These Terms of Service govern your use of the SafeAir dashboard platform provided by Vidal Solution. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

The SafeAir dashboard is a remote site monitoring platform that provides secure, end-to-end encrypted access to environmental data collected from customer-specific, on-premise SafeAir installations. The service allows authorised users to view real-time air quality metrics, manage alerts, and access historical data for their designated sites.

2. Account & Access

• Authorised Users — Access is granted only to individuals authorised by the customer. Each user must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Account Security — You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
• Access Termination — We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the dashboard at our discretion, including for violation of these terms, security concerns, or upon reasonable request from the customer.

3. Data Ownership & Usage

• Customer Data — All environmental and operational data collected from your remote sites remains the exclusive property of the customer or data owner.
• Vidal Access — Vidal Solution accesses data only for the purpose of providing the dashboard service, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and with explicit consent, for anonymised analytical purposes.
• Anonymised Data — Raw sensor data may be anonymised and aggregated for analytical purposes to improve our services. This data will not identify you or your specific sites.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the SafeAir dashboard only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or systems.
• Introducing malicious code or viruses into the platform.
• Using the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

5. Data Security & Privacy

We implement industry-standard security measures, including end-to-end encryption via ZeroTier and HTTPS, to protect your data. Our collection and use of personal information is outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Support & Service Levels

Vidal Solution will use reasonable efforts to provide continuous access to the dashboard, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which we will communicate in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidal Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform or any actions we take as a result of your account.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the dashboard or by email. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
